Visited for lunch, six adults, one child. Food was delicious and very tasty. Good selection of pasta dishes. Staff very friendly and attentive. Only improvement would be to increase the portion size as they are slightly on the small side for the price. Other than that, I would return.

I love this place! We had previously visited a different location years ago when we visited the UK. I had the mushroom soup and the Panna cotta. Both were delicious. The Panna cotta is the best I have ever had. Wish we had a location here in the US.
Never been in the Nook and Cranny. Sat outside with a coffee and breakfast some years ago. This time, I sat outside across the green and painted it in watercolour.
Had the beef and vegy pasta. both dishes are made fresh and to order. both were extremely nice and for the price was a good deal, Props to the chef and waiting staff great experience.
A Monday chance trip for dinner, lovely clean and well presented restaurant, plenty of table leg room and all nicely laid out. Chefs' very efficient and quick only 10 minute wait for mains of Burger for me and Risotto Si Funghi for wife. Service first class, attentive, courteous and professional.
A short wait to be seated, unfortunately we weren't given menus which our waitress looked surprised about when she came to attend to us 15-20 mins later... Food and service time after that was good though.
I have visited the restaurant several times by myself or with friends and the quality of food and service is always high, the servers are always polite and knowledgeable tand help with dish selections and food allergies. Beautiful food, well presented. However, noise levels are incredibly high - possibly the acoustics- and you are very much on view to the passing public as you eat.
Lovely atmosphere. The drinks are extremely good, especially their hot chocolate. For breakfast, I tried the porridge and I can gladly say it was a really good porridge.
You can't beat a good ice cream. Local families have been coming here for generations. There are a selection of flavours available each day. They also have a sit down cafe for teas and meals, even a Sunday lunch or cream tea.
I had a wonderful experience at Carluccio’s in Southampton this morning. The staff, especially Kam are warm and welcoming. Service was prompt and professional and the veggie breakfast delicious! The coffee was the best I’ve had outside Italy. Bravo!
