Mango Thai Tapas, Portswood - Southampton - Photo album

The service was excellent, and the food, especially the superb cocktails and long drinks, left a lasting impression. We opted for the Tahi Tapas menu, indulging in crispy beef, garlic and pepper pork, chicken satay, and Thai fish cakes, all of which were truly superb. The cocktails were not only sup
Had a very pleasant experience dining in. Was nice and quiet the day we went. The waitress was lovely, really helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and the cocktails too!! Definitely recommend.
We came here to celebrate my mum and dads 45th wedding anniversary. The food here is really good. I have attached the photos below. We had the yam tam soup which as very fresh and had a few main dishes. I went for the fried squid stir fry which was well portioned and the sauce was very good. The fis
A lunchtime visit so restaurant was quiet. Used the lunch menu at £19.50. Food was delicious and plenty (didn’t need any more food that day). Nicely tangy the green curry left a tingle in the tongue. Tapas was plentiful - we had one each of the four lunch menu options and shared between the four of
Beautiful food as always. You can never go wrong with Mango. We had masaaman lamb curry with sticky rice and pork&prawn crispy dim sums. Heaven on a plate! Thank you Mango team 🥳
Staff, service and food all wonderful. We visited for a special anniversary 15 years after our last lovely visit (!) and the place was just as superb as we remembered. They made us feel very special and really made our evening. Couldn't recommend any more highly
A pre-concert meal and drink was very pleasant. The restaurant was empty when we arrived and music was playing loudly. A request to turn it down slightly was unheeded. The service was attentive apart from that and the food was delicious. A service charge of (I think 12%) was automatically added with
We got 5 tapas and two drinks for two of us, total bill was £58, quite pricey and we were still a bit hungry afterwards. But the food was lovely and the place itself was very nice. The service was great too. I’d go back, but budget go for 3 tapas per person.
Very cute and cosy place to eat in (you can also take away). They do happy hours, when you have 4 tapas for the price of 3. Best Thai food restaurant in town. Staff is nice. They also serve great cocktails.
Really friendly, happy staff. I'd rate the food at 7/10 for a Thai place. The curry sauce was lacking a little something and the coconut rice is just jasmine rice with a premium. Still, it's got a great vibe and the prices aren't too bad. It's always worth a visit if I'm in the area.
Food was very nice and portion sizes where reasonable. Staff where attentive. Lost a star as it restaurant felt a little tired which was a shame.
The place isn't so bad, though there are better places for a Thai meal. I found the noodles a bit too sweet for my taste. Nice and friendly staff though.
Lovely, cosy restaurant. Great tapas, generous portions and friendly service. A little difficult to find street parking nearby.
Went here for dinner a couple of weeks ago now. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful, which also goes for a food too! Portion sizes were perfect just enough to fill you up comfortably. The service was really warm and welcoming on arrival and continually attentive throughout the entire evening. I
Delicious Food! A bit expensive, but definitely worth it!
Brilliant cocktails and food with decent portion sizes Good for a date if you choose to share a couple of tapas dishes and take advantage of their cocktail offer Some of the food may have been a tad salty but I wouldn't say it was problematic enough to lose a star
Deep inside is actually really quaint. Cosy for small gatherings and food is great. Service is great. Give the Jungle Bugs a try if you dare 😉 😜 taste like pork scratchings haha
