Had lunch in my birthday a Monday. Very quiet a little cold(the building), lovely staff, The quality of the food is much better than other ordinary pubs. I even got a candle with my dessert. The design of the place is a mix of modern and old. Really liked the atmosphere. Will definetly come again.

Had a really lovely roast at The Railway Inn this afternoon. Huge portion and really tasty - not like some of the reheated roasts you can end up with at 5pm on a Sunday! Children’s meals were great too. The service couldn’t be faulted and we all left commenting on how lovely it was. We will be back!

Delicious I had Crab on sour dough toast with thick cut chips . Hubby had Railway burger. Both totally delicious. Service was excellent, staff well trained not to rush or be intrusive, nothing seemed too much trouble, amending a dish was offered to suit. Would go back and recommend.
I had lunch here last Saturday, with my father and three children. My nephew ordered buffalo wings and chicken tenders from the adult menu, and when this arrived, he was disappointed to see that the dishes had mayonnaise on the top. The staff were extremely kind and gave him two replacement dishes
