The staff were so helpful & accommodating to my daughters allergies, they substituted an ingredient in one of their meals so that she could eat it without worrying! So very grateful. All staff were friendly & happy to help. We were a party of 9 & all ordered at different points of the evening & ever

Had a lovely meal here. Reasonable prices, very quick service and minimal wait for food, food was yummy, good drinks selection. Nothing to fault! Will come again.
I've been to this venue a few times and never been disappointed. Theres a lot of choice with vegan and gluten free menus.
The latest trip's visit we did have a slight issue where they misheard my drink order but when we told them they were very apologetic and rectified it straight away.

It’s beyond good! Came here for a quick breakfast and then lunch because the food turned out to be literally perfect! I had to return the next day too! Haha the wait is quite short, the service very friendly but the food!!! OMG! I love it!
Great gluten free and vegan options alongside the rest of their menu (good in quantity of options as well as variety) and all for a great price for a lunch or meal within today's cost of living budget.
It’s just a great place. Eat (and drink!) here!! We ate here when traveling through Southampton in mid-July and were excited to come back when we returned in September…and we did.
Went to Santo's for brunch... The food was great, ambience cosy and friendly staff... My favourite was hash browns, onion rings, scrambled eggs and great filter coffee... Kids had access to colouring books (which was taken advantage of some of their parents too 🤗)...

Fabulous gluten free breakfast with great service. First place we have ever visited in Southampton for food, and they set a very high bar. Recommend.

We had a virgin mango colada, it was nice, served quick and staff were all friendly.
A few tables outside to enjoy the sun, and plenty of seating inside, where it feels nice and cosy.
Nice atmosphere... tasty food, tapas... never going to be a range of ales in a place like this but a bottle of cream stout in the fridge saved the day!
Visited for a breakfast and overall the service and food was decent. Coffee was good. However the toast was burnt and the beans were lumpy with some of it stuck together.
I would rate my experience at Santo Lounge very good. I liked the concept and the fact that the word ‘Lounge’ is not just part of the logo.
The staff was very friendly, the food and drinks were good although a bit overpriced for the area.
Excellent bacon/cheese burger and chips, very prompt service, quite noisy when busy at lunchtime! Been few times - never disappoints 😀
