If there is any flaw, the only thing I would suggest is to improve customer friendliness like small gestures of smile would be more than enough.
With the price I think this is a decent place. I have told them I have a train and if they can hurry up with my order and they have been very good with it. I had chilli masala dosa and hot and sour soup. The other time I had only dosa.
South Indian dishes were very good, we tried Mysore masala dosa and mixed Uttapam. However, the service is very very poor, we asked for sambhar and chutney which they brought so late that we had already finished our dosa.
