We came here for an early dinner. The menu was really varied and good for all diets and tastes. Really nice place, clean and well presented with helpful and friendly staff. The food prices matched well to the great produce and portions, and they serve food all day, which is great. Free parking and p
Only went here as we drove past and decided to pop back in for a bite to eat later on. Definitely worth a visit. The menu covers plenty of pallets of tastes for all. Two mains and a drink each was just over £40. It’s got plenty of places to eat but not much parking unless there’s more at the rear. I
A late lunch on a weekday, so the lack of "Atmos" was just because it was quiet. The chips were very crispy but pre-salted and the chicken batter was also too salty, but otherwise the meal was fantastic.
A great meal, lovely flavours, side dish of Texan beans must be larger. But did ask for an extra portion of beans. , no problems. A superb setting.
Great place! Great food, good prices, lovely staff, plenty of parking and room inside and out. Food served all day, local produce and dietary restrictions available. Will definitely go back when visiting Beaulieu Motor Museum 😀
Worth making a detour to find this pub. The menu is much more imaginative than you might expect, and our party of five all complimented the food. The Small Plates combination, available in both meat and seafood options, is particularly recommended. Local real ales, with, for instance, Flacks Double
Charming country pub, located on the edge of the forest. Great selection of food and drink, attentive and friendly staff.
We'd forgotten about this place,(apologies) but we've been twice recently and have been very impressed 👌 Lovely garden with play area for the kids, good food served from a decent menu and good selection of drinks to keep everyone happy. Will be coming again soon. Keep up the good work. 👏
Enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch at The Bold forester. The menu was fantastic and the Sunday Roasts looked amazing🤩. A change from the Sunday norm, I was intrigued so decided on the Tempura battered chicken burger and what a great decision, delicious loved it👍 Staff were both friendly and helpful, I'd
I visited this place a while ago and was very impressed with the place. Both the style and cleanliness. A large interior with mixed seating and a separate dining area. Outside seating also with parasols next to a large car park. Slightly off the beaten track but well worth the visit. Staff are frien
At first abit of a wait just to get order in, apoun awaiting our food, had a good look round light above table, dusty and cobwebs, chewing gum stuck under the table, the interior is a miss match of antique and modern but a pleasant atmosphere never the less. The food portions is a good size they not
The first thing worth mentioning, is that the carpark is a good size so you'll almost always find a space even at peak times. The staff were very friendly and professional. They were also always back and forth so you were never left waiting to be attended. We had our orders taken promptly and didnt
I've not visited this pub for over 20 years but I was pleasantly suprised with how good it is now. The food is absolutely amazing and very reasonably priced considering how beautifully it's presented and the flavours put together. The chefs are an absolute credit along with the front of house team T
Took my family and my Mother here to celebrate my Mother's 70th birthday. Received a friendly welcome upon arrival and shown to our table. Unlike many restaurants, the tables were very well spaced, giving our family plenty of room. The menu had amazing variety, even for myself as a vegetarian. So ma
Fabulous food! Everything we had was really excellent. They have a great menu, with lots of choice and they also have an industrial smoker, so the bbq type meats were great. The burgers were hand made and the pulled pork salad was a brilliant combination of flavours. We'll definitely be back next ti
Food was really good but and a really varied menu. There were only 2, quite thin, slices of meat (roast lamb) but other than that a lovely meal. Helpful staff.
Popped in on a Sunday evening with our husky for dinner. Food was delicious, arrived quickly and was reasonably priced, good choice of drinks including non alcoholic, staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. Couldn’t ask for more.
