The Best fish and chip shop around!!!
Went in on Sunday evening. Staff ever so friendly and chatty put a smile on my face. Chips were cooked to perfection. Cod was one of the best pieces I have ever had. Would definitely recommend paying Best fry a visit for 5 star fish and chips! :)
The lady that served me noticed my uniform and advised that I would get a 5% discount with a blue light card. I ordered a small fish and chips with a can of Lucozade. It only cost £7.59 and the fish and chips was delicious, one of the best that I have tasted!
This is a cracking local fish and chips with a good loyalty card. The only negative comment I have is the quality of the chips, they always seem bitty and full of broken ends. It's quite rare to find nice long thick cut chips here.
Friendly Staff, Fish and Chips were absolutely amazing my wife had the Bestfry Deluxe which was one of the best burgers she’s had in ages! Highly recommended!

First class fish and chips takeaway supper. Battered cod was beautiful, freshly cooked with crisp batter and moist fish. Lady server was cheerful and efficient.
I visit this chip shop regularly and it never disappoints, chips are always crispy but never greasy , staff and management are always pleasant and chatty , they always go above and beyond considering working in such a busy environment. Thank you best fry

Been coming to this fish and chip shop for over 25yrs now even before it was called best fry. Very impressed with everything cleanliness, quality of food especially the lovely white fresh cod it’s delicious, friendliness and helpfulness of staff too.
Delicious battered haddock, love that it’s cooked through well, crispy and tasty. I don’t normally eat many chips so ordered small portion and a pineapple fritter, ate the lot. Thanks for feeding me up in this cold weather.
