After a flying week I wanted to treat my team. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely smiling lady called millie. She showed and sat us at our table. I always try a place 3 times before making my mind up. Being honest 1st 2 times were not the best but not the worst by far. Today attempt number 3. Food quality massively improved. Service not a bad word to say about the customer service everyone today was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Had a
Pop in for dinner. We chose the carvery, which had a good choice of veg including parsnips and runner beans. The service was excellent. We were served by Megan, and we had an enjoyable meal. Thank you.

Staff were so helpful, we couldn't have asked for better service. Really really impressed. Great pub, w
Good honest roast carvery serving up exactly what was advertised. The pub itself is lively, very family orientated throughout a Sunday serving and certainly not a place for those who are looking for some peace and quiet but that isnt a bad thing as the vibe was friendly. Pretty good experience here, despite my reservations with it being a carvery! The meat was absolutely delicious (beef and turkey) and they were very generous. I love this place so much, especially the breakfast buffet - it’s so worth the 6.99! Make sure to come at 8 to max out the experience haha. Also the cakes are MASSIVE!
All staff l interacted with were brilliant. Helpful, polite & friendly. Good beer, nice wine, not overpriced. Food was typical carvery. Other food options were well presented. Extensive menu. Cake selection was amazing to look at. (Untried) Toilets clean. Clientele mixed.
Not too bad, the cake slices went pretty much down in size, otherwise OK. Update: Hot Chocolates was perfect.
