A beautiful old pub with excellent choice of drinks, some low prices. Food is good and not expensive. Staff are friendly and efficient. Nice buzzing atmosphere.

Wonderful homely friendly pub we found by chance. Food well worth trying, be prepared to feel stuffed afterwards. Nothing is too much trouble, felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Staff very friendly.

We stopped by chance for a spot of lunch. We had to wait for about half an hour due to the popularity. The food and atmosphere did not disappoint. Lovely staff, reasonably priced food . Will definitely visit again.

Went in for a lunch today and was warmly welcomed by the 2 friendly ladies behind the bar. This has a nice local pub feel and is clean and tidy. Lots of drink selections to cater for all tastes. The menu has lots of choice and includes choices for intolerances. I went for gammon with egg and all was cooked perfectly. The service from the 2 staff was quick, efficient and delivered with a smile. I like it here and have been before and certainly will again.
