Visited the store yesterday and was served by a lady called Zuza. Wanted to say she’s been a great support . It was my first time in there and I had no idea what is it all about . She gave me a lot of informations about the products and ingredients due to my diet restriction which are hard to meet

I ordered salad bowl. Everything was fresh and meat was soft and cooked. Beans and guacamole was nice. They serve people very fast and their space was clean.

Love me some Tortilla, food is personalised to your tastes, and they stuff the burritos to their limits! Queues move fast, and the only seating is in the food hall if WestQuay, which isn't very nice.
First time I've been here and I loved it. The Burritos were really well made and didn't fall apart. There's not a lot of choice for a #vegan #lunch at the food court in the West Quay shopping centre but Tortilla was a welcome site for a hungry #vegan with a #jackfruit #burrito option.
