Strawberry Field Tavern - Southampton - Photo album

Fantastic place! Great food/menu, lovely portions. Excellent chips. Friendly & polite staff. Clean, straightforward, lovely variety of drinks on offer & display. My new local, super handy when shopping or just fancy a lovely pint of blood orange cider (immensely drinkable!!) - cheers! 🍻
Went here for lunch with friends. The food was hot and delicious. Friendly staff will definitely go again.
Sunday lunch yesterday, and the roast pork was fabulous, more than enough, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
Popped in for a coffee whilst the car was being washed and valetted. As it was mid afternoon it was quiet, which suited me. The place was clean and the staff were hospitable and friendly. Sadly, I've dropped a star as the price for the coffee I felt was a little high for a straightforward basic coff
Beautiful sunny evening and was expecting the pub to be packed. But not so. Outside was fairly busy but dead inside. Maybe people really can’t afford nipping to the local for a drink.
Large imposing building on corner site with plenty of seating within. Clearly cared for with bright planted hanging baskets bidding a warm welcome.
Friendly staff . Food nice , quick service .
Had a lunch time meal and it was excellent. This is situated in the Locks Heath Shopping centre and close to bus stops.
Lovely pub in the heart of locks heath, reasonable prices, cheap compared to their neighbouring Costa and waitrose and lovely staff, great for any pubby stuff, beer, sports, food and good coffee too :p
Lovely place, staff very friendly and helpful, had a really nice lunch snack here recently with a friend and will be returning again soon
Great local tavern. Staff friendly, good food.
Great to have a drink, catch up with friends at the locks heath car club meets. Friendly staff, great food and drink :)
Our first time there . Food was good plates could be a bit hoter
Love it, good food and value for money , staff very polite and friendly, Shaneese our was outstanding and attentive to our needs. My favourite dessert was the crumble with custard !
It's been a while since I did a review of the SFT although it's been my local since it was built in the 80s. Owners and staff come and go but the current team are the best. Food and service are top notch and the pub is now busier than it ever has been.
