I had a bra fitting today. The lady that helped me was lovely. Very efficient, helpful and friendly. An excellent experience. She even took the trouble to fetch my elderly mother a wheelchair. Thank you.

Visited M&S at Hedge End today. With a busy New Year sale going on Aimee in ladies fashion on the tills was very helpful and patient with myself & my daughter. She efficiently helped with Christmas present exchanges and new purchases effortlessly. I would like to commend her for her great customer service as she is a great staff member & asset to your team. Thank you Aimee we appreciated your kindness and friendly service. Mrs Graham

Visited the store this morning and it was very quiet which was both unexpected and brilliant as we had plenty of time to look around at all the Christmas food ideas. Great range of wines too. Plenty of Percy pigs around if they are your thing as well as gift ideas. Great to see the wine tasting station as well as fill your own cereals and nuts as well as a coffee bean selector and self fill. Pick your own eggs too. Plenty of choice and all really well laid out which you can only really appreciate when the shop is quiet like it was today. Great to explore but don’t go when it is busy.

Marks and Spencer’s need to roll this out across the group. What an incredible store full of difference experiences throughout. classic food areas like frozen, ambient and bakery still exists but they have been completely reinvented. The food to go looks great, the pasta and pizza counter is another level, there is even an area to grind your own coffee You could honestly spend hours drifting through this store. The food of course as you expect is of the highest level and very appealing. So much is purchased online now, M&S have just given you a reason to out again Christmas will be another level of busy here! World class, makes the Sainsbury’s refurb look very dull. It’s of course not just food with also a big clothing area which is always well stocked and an upstairs home area seasonally changing. Very Large car park, free to use with a Sainsbury’s petrol station. Easy access just off the slip road from M27. Hedge end can get very busy, so time it well.

The new food hall is a wonderland! There's lots of hot food stalls selling pizza, rottiserie chicken and pasta as well as a fill-your-own station to stock up on pasta and grains without using plastic packaging.

Large store, spaced out well. Quality food. We got sushi and a sourdough pizza from the food to go area. They did not disappoint, reasonably priced too. Free parking. We will definately be returning.

Huge store with a vast range of stock / products. Especially enjoy the food from m&s that’s typically more affordable than most people realise

Very nice M & S store. Big, light and airy, well stocked and friendly staff. Could be improved by having a coupe of seats dotted around for customers. Nice food Hall too.
