The Giddy Bridge - Southampton - Photo album

This was a lovely pub for breakfast, with a modern design conveying warmth! The counter is well-presented, service was standard and I enjoyed a Miner's Benedict with Orange Juice. Seating is comfortable, staff were friendly and location is easy!
Not bad pub for a cheeky breakfast gets very lively on the weekend good atmosphere
Food is quite good compared to other spoons. Katsu Curry and Scampi side always a winner. And of course value for money here is great.
Situated in a quite part of the centre, on the main road near a bus stop, this pub is quite big & cosy. The food portion is generous, reasonable priced and quite tasty. A shame the staff though polite seems to look a little disinterested and at times on the edge which made me feel quite out of place
Biggest spoons I’ve seen so far, two floors with an outside area as well. Service for food was surprisingly quick (matter or minutes) despite the pub being completely full. Nice atmosphere, plenty of space to park nearby, and the club is right outside. Only complaint would be that smoking in the out
Great atmosphere at the Giddy Bridge and food, although basic was tasty too. We were in twice and on the second time we had great interaction with a young girl, and her party, celebrating her 21st Birthday with her friends 🥳
To be fair, it was early in the day, so lacking a bit off atmosphere. The curry was the best I'd had in a long time. Service was good, and if I'd only known there was a deck upstairs, I would have eaten up there.
The place is always quite busy has a nice atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and the food service quick. There is the normal drinks selection and usual pub menu. Disabled access is great and I was able to bring my assistant dog and was made to feel very welcome and inclusive. Great place for ca
It's Wetherspoons so expect cheap drinks, for ale drinkers like me, plenty of choice and well kept. The best part of this Spoons is it has a upper terrace bar, outdoor seating on the busy street and it is quite airy inside and tidier than most. As a starting place it is what you expect, indifferent
Decor needs attention but food was nice, service was good, drinks were great and prices even better.
It's a Wetherspoons, what more can I say, enjoyed the pizza, I liked the beer and the price is very reasonable. Easy to use the Wetherspoons app.
Best Wetherspoons in Southampton. Cleaner and bit more spacious than the others. Good value for money.
Goto pub for a good meal. The food mostly comes in time and is never over cooked. Only issue I have is with the tap water which has a metallic taste, lucky it is diluted with ice. The Staff is a mixture of emotions, some seemed drained but many were rather enthusiastic.
