The best flat white and chai latte I ever had, the staff is very good and makes us feel welcome.

Great little Costa. Great staff very efficient and friendly. The store is quite noisy due to hard furniture and walls so not necessarily good for peace and quiet!

What a lovely clean, tidy Costa - and a very friendly team, especially a young man with gingery blonde short hair serving. He gave me a genuinely warm welcome and went above and beyond - even in a quiet moment going around checking everything was ok with customers. It's rare to find such attentive customer service these days. Well done!

Me and my mum always go to this Costa they serve nice drinks and lovely food and they always have a smile on their face when serving you especially leanne she always chats to me and my mum makes you feel very welcome she's lovely.

The staff here are always polite and are very patient with my daughter who likes to order her own drink. Small always has a chocolate babyccino and the staff are always more than willing to pop it in a bigger cup so she doesn't spill it
Today we had toast as well as drinks. The toast is always lovely and comes with plenty of butter.
I would very much recommend this place for a quick coffee stop if out and about in Shirley.
Really friendly, polite and as a disabled person helpful and understanding, unfortunately for me and my wallet as the people that work there are so nice I have become a regular!
With a new manager sometimes the level of service can drop, but what can I say, still getting excellent service. They even know what my regular order is, so sometimes they are getting my order ready before I get to the till.
