After staying here for my friends pamper hen party, I can not thank the staff enough! Beautiful rooms.The staff were very accommodating ( specially putting up with 16 of us). Treatments was amazing! However my only complaint was as a spa , I was alittle disappointed that there was not jacuzzi, and the steam and sauna were very small! Be lucky to fit 5 people in them. Plus food was on the expensive side, luckily breakfast was included in the price and was delicious with a great choice from full English to fruit and pastries.We had had a fabulous weekend and would definitely return again.
Hubby and I had a great day today! The staff were so lovely in the spa and very helpful in the hotel too. The massage was the best I have had in a long time! Was very knotted but feel great now.
Lovely warm pool, relaxing atmosphere. We had a cream tea with prosecco which was delicious! Could have eaten another scone though! � Would reccomend and will return :)
We came to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed our evening meals in the restaurant (Winchester reasturant) We were greeted at the bar by a very energetic and welcoming young man "Callum" who made a point of knowing everything about your stay 👌 in the restaurant we were served by the lovely and smiling "Zoe" who was very attentive and just lovely! And this was all overseen by the most amazing restaurant manager "Sian" who was so attentive and mentoring to his staff team! Lovely to see!
