My first time at the Bucks Head and certainly not the last. Went there with my two children for my youngsters birthday pub visit. She had Fish 'n Chips which she loved. My older and I had a Pizza each and it was absolutely delicious. One can actually see the pizza oven. Great experience.

Lovely pub, very friendly staff and customers! The menu speciality is homemade sour dough pizzas made in the fab pizza oven. A great place for dinner before the overnight ferry from Portsmouth. Delicious food, lots of locally sourced produce, friendly and attentive service, and a beautiful location. No wonder it's popular!
Lovely friendly pub, with a pizza oven, making a great selection of pizzas. Eat inside or out, plenty of seating in the garden, plus a great covered seating area. Nice lighting when having an evening meal outside. Good network of walking paths nearby, or quiet lanes for cycling.
