I don’t normally write reviews but today I felt i should! We went to TGI’s in West Quay. Before we went in we had done some shopping and most staff in the shops were miserable (don’t blame them really as so would I be if I had to work NYE) but the waitress serving us (think her name was Gabby) was lovely as was the food! The best service and food we have had in a very long time! Highly recommend!!

Food was really nice except the steak, it wasn’t cooked as we asked for it to be and meat was really chewy. Employee and manager took it professionally, we got apologised and the steak was refunded. Beef burger and chicken wings were delicious. Also we had cocktails and the have 2 for 1 offer which is really good.
Polite staff, quick service
Ordered a cup of tea, half a small cup arrived, however by asking for a pot of hot water managed to salvage the lame offering by popping my teabag in the pot and had 2 delicious cups of tea instead.

An unmatched bottomless brunch experience, made better by good drinks, good food, and excellent service from Erica and Mike.
We booked in advance, and were greeted by Mike who sorted us out straight away with menus and our first order. The food arrived in good time, and was absolutely delicious, and great value for money. The vegan choice was also very impressive. The drinks arrived promptly, and our server Erica was always available when we wanted to make another order. Generally, the atmosphere was really lively and comfortable, and the facilities were well kept and clean. We had a fantastic time, especially since Mike and Erica were so kind and friendly, and really matched our energy as a group. We will definitely re-return, and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a fun bottomless experience, especially as there is currently no need to book in advance. Thank you!!
Amazing food, service amazing and lovely and clean.
Husband said he likes the sauce and was given a free sauce and we were given a slice of cake to share for our anniversary.

Went for date night, food was really tasty (we had the sesame chicken and vegan burger, and mozzarella dippers starter). Really amazing service by Lydia, and everyone was super appreciative of my girlfriends allergy and did all the right things around that. Great cocktails too, perfect long island iced teas and bubble daiquiris.
Great Father's Day visit with my daughters, starters were really nice ( sesame chicken), and the JD Ribs for main out of this world , nice friendly staff
Food was good unfortunately they're don't have any ribs for a couple of weeks
Mike, our waiter was very helpful, hilarious, and made our dining experience a lot of fun. I always ask my server's for their names, and when he said Mike but you can call me anything you want. So it was game on with a host of different names every time he was by the table. It turned into a lot of fun, and I'm glad he wasn't offended by our crazy sense of humor. Keep up the good work, and we hope to see you again, Donatello. Lol, Next time, we will have to do the hockey fight scene. Lol
That chicken strips with Jack Daniels sauce is the best darn meal I've had for months. It's just like a sensational party on your tongue! The venue and staff are helpful, quick and professional. If I could, I'd come here every day.
Tasty, and great value for food portion and cocktail sizes. Staff were friendly, accommodating and genuinely enthusiastic. An all around nice evening.
