I don’t normally write reviews but today I felt i should! We went to TGI’s in West Quay. Before we went in we had done some shopping and most staff in the shops were miserable (don’t blame them really as so would I be if I had to work NYE) but the waitress serving us (think her name was Gabby) was lovely as was the food! The best service and food we have had in a very long time! Highly recommend!!
I would like to say a massive thank you to Martina for being such a fantastic waitress this evening. Lovely food as always and great atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed spending my birthday evening here, thank you x

Standard chain restaurant, some not so interested receptionists but once seated service was good, attentive and polite. Food was good, not amazing but perfectly edible and couldn't complain about anything. Service was quick, food was hot, just felt slightly mass produced.
Great food, wonderful service. Will visit again. We didn't have a booking and it was a busy Saturday night, but they accommodated us well. 2 for 1 cocktails all day, every day as well.
Cost £39 for sesame chicken strips, boneless wings in red hot sauce and 2 for 1 mocktails ( strawberry fields) on the expensive side for the amount of food available. The wings had too much sauce and very salt. The sesame chicken strips were nice but very expensive. The cocktails were nice but too much ice. I would only go again if the prices were restructured.
Food was really nice except the steak, it wasn’t cooked as we asked for it to be and meat was really chewy. Employee and manager took it professionally, we got apologised and the steak was refunded. Beef burger and chicken wings were delicious. Also we had cocktails and the have 2 for 1 offer which is really good.
It was our first time here a couple of weeks ago and they helped us of what to get and with the drinks the recommendation of the non alcoholic cocktails definitely go there again
Visited here on a Saturday night last minute managed to get a table. Our server was really nice. The only problem was they ran out of a couple of ingredients to make most of the cocktails on the menu. No problem really to us as we opted for Long Island ice tea which was 2 for 1, and you get a big glass and had decent amount of alcohol in 😋 . We ordered the wall to wall chicken sharer , chicken was really yummy and shared fries which were tasty! (I noticed on the menu burgers seemed very expensive near on £20) I will have to try one day to see if they are worth it! 😊 Decent meal out , place is quite noisy but not overbearing, would return.
An unmatched bottomless brunch experience, made better by good drinks, good food, and excellent service from Erica and Mike.
We booked in advance, and were greeted by Mike who sorted us out straight away with menus and our first order. The food arrived in good time, and was absolutely delicious, and great value for money. The vegan choice was also very impressive. The drinks arrived promptly, and our server Erica was always available when we wanted to make another order. Generally, the atmosphere was really lively and comfortable, and the facilities were well kept and clean. We had a fantastic time, especially since Mike and Erica were so kind and friendly, and really matched our energy as a group. We will definitely re-return, and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a fun bottomless experience, especially as there is currently no need to book in advance. Thank you!!
Solid 4star for a few reasons, firstly the prices have gone up and noticeable when there's a group of you! Our waiter was very pleasant however to busy to be attentive to all tables. Refillable drinks and ordering food was very slow again this wasn't the waiters fault it was just very busy and perhaps understaffed. Maybe look into refillable drinks area where people can go up themselves?
The atmosphere is always great here, people are just out to have great food and laugh. Wish this was reflected in the waiters expressions.
Amazing food, service amazing and lovely and clean.
Husband said he likes the sauce and was given a free sauce and we were given a slice of cake to share for our anniversary.
We will definitely be visiting again!
Went to celebrate anniversary with my wife. Staff were welcoming and friendly, the place was clean, decorated. Music was a bit too loud in the lobby, but inside was just fine, even for our baby. Food was delicious and didn't take long to get it after placing our orders.
I came here for the burger and it was amazing. The fries were good too. Service was also nice and quick. Ample parking on the premises. Right now offers are going on for cocktails.
Thank you Charlotte! On a busy Valentine’s evening, Charlotte really did TGIs proud, she had mentioned at the end whilst paying the bill that she hadn’t worked in 2 weeks but she didn’t miss a beat! Very attentive, very well spoken and really knowledgeable considering the Menu had just changed also! Deserves big credit, really made mine and my partners night to be looked after on our evening!
The food was delicious also! Although unfortunately for my girlfriend the vegetarian options were limited due to a stock issue :( looking forward to our next visit!
Wer TGI Friday's aus den USA kennt, wird hier bestimmt nicht enttäuscht. Die Burger sind sehr zu empfehlen, die Pommes sind kross und alles wird super heiß serviert - so soll es sein. Schönes Ambiente, netter Service und eine sehr gute Lage zu den Ibis-Hotels runden alles perfekt ab!
