Nice local pub. Dog friendly with a huge garden. Pool tables are only 50p a game which is unheard of these days. My only gripe is that it looks very intimidating when groups of locals are stood right outside the front door smoking. Why not designate a specific area away from the entrance

Really good popped in with my buddy on a Sunday night and we had a warm welcome and great drinks. Use your local to keep it open.
£4 pints, but a nice outside space with good areas for kids during the day/afternoon. Signs are very clear that the kids have to be out by 9pm so also free from kids screaming in the evening. 2 pool tables in the back are good too, though at a pound a pop are a little pricey.
Sue & Barry couldn’t do enough for us, we had my Dad’s Wake there & well over 100 people & was just perfect all the help they gave was amazing
Thus pub has been in many hands over the years. These owners have transformed it into a trendy pub with families in mind. An amazing place to be , fabulously dog friendly and fun for the kids. Also for adults there are darts and a pool table a lounge bar for adults and a regular bar. I love that u can ask to feed the three goats in the garden,sadly they don't cook food . Definitely recommend going there for a drink.
Friendly local pub. Relaxed atmosphere. Good decor, with lovely pool room. Brilliant music video system to sing along to. Nice place to chat with friends over a drink.

Great venue for private party. Bar separate from locals bar and access to garden etc. Plenty of room and catering by Georgie Culshaw was very reasonable and great quality. Cant fault at all.
