Very disappointed!!! always used this sud way in west quay used to be really nice ..Now really dirty , untidy ,nobody preparing food was wearing mask !!!!

Shocking service, no one knew what they were doing. I asked for a steak and cheese loaded wrap and they had no idea what went in it. They didn't clean the knives to cut my wrap, after they used it on the sandwich before! It's a good job I don't have any servre allergies, the place was also filthy! I
Absolute disgusting and massively expensive. Staff were very rude, place was filhy, no sense of hygiene with food, staff were very unprofessional and to top it of they overcharged me and when I challenged them on it and had to point out their prices to them, no apology or willingness to accept they
Didn't actually listen to the order properly, said they had accepted my blue light card but the price of our meal didn't seem to reflect that. Disappointing quality too compared to other branches we've been to
The only Subway I have used that does not like First responders. Every Subway I have used with my Blue Light discount card offer 20%. Some even gave 30%. However this branch only offer 10%. When I asked why they said they 'chose' not to give any more than 10%. Poor show in my opinion.
Well sandwich was cold and in my son kids pack sub was tiny. I asked to change it for a different piece and he refuse by saying that he need to use that to not waste
Staff didn’t understand orders, the chain of making the sandwiches was so busy people were stood extremely close together waiting to pay. Need more than one member of staff on the till and doing drinks! Slightly move expensive than other local subway franchises.
