The person on drive thru, I believe his name is George was extremely fast at handing my food out as well as very polite. He had a smile on his face and I feel like I will come back if I have the chance in the near future. The food was also piping hot
Regular food, clean restaurant. Attentive staff.
Very busy. Car park small and difficult to manoeuvre around the site. Triple cheeseburgers yummy and served super quick despite being very busy.
I’m from the US where McDonald’s doesn’t offer any vegetarian items so was very excited to try the the McPlant here in England. Order was served fine — all orders were being taken with the self-order kiosks and the kitchen/counter was crazy busy despite it being Sunday evening.

We had a drive-through order. Because our order was big, they let us go to Bay 2 and wait. When we took our order and left, they forgot to put the sauces that I purchased. Just make sure you have everything you order before you move.
Fresh and hot meals. The service was swift as well
A great McDonald's near LHR Term-5. The dining room attendant did a great job keeping tables clean for guests.
Food was good too. The Big Mac and Chicken Select Tenders were both tasty and hot.
The Side Salad was surprisingly good. I enjoyed the Rocket lettuce, fresh tomato and cucumber.
The ban
Weirdly the food usually tastes better here than in the Shirley one. Today I had a cold apple pie though. 😪
The team working there are amazing and very polite they did forget our sauces but I think that was down to the sheer massive amount of work load they have the only thing I don't find good about McDonald's isn't about one particular store more to do with all stores and that is that the coffee doesn't
Food great, good service. As an FYI the carpark is private owned, you must get a parking ticket from the machine otherwise you get a fine, no signs displayed so I would suggest that McDonald's puts signs on the door or window warning there customers.
I'm not really a fast food person, but every now and then I'm in for a burger and a coke. Place is nice, clean, has toilets. Lots of parking space next to the building, has drive-through option and delivers too.
