Sainsbury's Cafe - Southampton - Photo album

I definitely didn't have any issues like the previous reviews. Our meal was really nice, the food took a little bit of time to get to us but it was extremely busy. We ordered really good food and the portion sizes were good, average sized and were tasty. It wasn't that expensive to be honest either.
Like this place, service time is variable from sensible to disappointing, the food is good and all of the prices are low, so I can’t really complain about anything. The staff are friendly and helpful, anything you need is available, and the soft drinks machine is not too bad, better at least than ma
Good points: Their toasted teacakes are the best! Some of the other food is pretty good too (the fries, especially the sweet potato ones, mmm, the soups). Also the staff are very friendly. Bad points: The cutlery is often not clean. The main meals are variable.
Hallumi breakfast. Fantastic, well cooked and hot. Perfect.
Alex served us and was brilliant! He was knowledgeable and went out of the way to find a vegetarian option for us and made our experience very enjoyable.
Cheapest English breakfast in Soton (perhaps) on the first floor...senior friendly facility...recommend the roast pork knuckle!
Great value for money, good quality food, especially the sausage. Thank you.
Good food, can be a bit of wait.
Very good place to eat
