Ok, I didn't have great expectations, but sadly worse than expected.
I ordered a tea, I know, you shouldn't order tea from coffee bars, but seriously bag in, milk in, there you go. Yuck. Then almond croissant. Raw! Literally raw dough. How hard can it be? Surely you just put it in the oven and push the button for croissant?
Considering saving it, till I get back and asking for a refund. Yuck yuck yuck!

Called in for coffee and a baguette at 1205 pm and a delightful young lady served us with brilliant coffee and outstanding avocado and chicken baguette.
The lady working behind the counter by the of Meesh was very helpful & polite. I was feeling rather fragile as I was in Southampton for my dear friends funeral Meesh was kind and thoughtful. I’d like to say thank you again for her kindness.

The lady named “Meesh” who served me was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Meesh made me feel very welcome. Great customer service!
Had placed order and prepaid online via app. Drove a half hour to arrive and be told they had just cancelled our order! However, they then proceeded to put together bags of baguettes and pastries, per the order we had already made but then hadn't redo online while waiting for bags. Good was OK, a little dry, and would only do Takeout. Didn't even notice if they had chairs to be honest.
I got great customer service from Keisha. she recommended me a better choice to go with my breakfast to save me £3. She was polite and friendly. Keep it up 👍🏾

I visited this Upper Crust a few weeks earlier and was very impressed by how friendly and efficient the staff were. On this particular date I was just waiting for my coffee when my carrier bag disintegrated. The two members of staff (Julie and Edith) were sympathetic, cheerful, and they helped me to resolve the problem. They’re a credit to the business.
Last week I went to upper crust and I was served by Julie who was very polite and efficient. I will definitely be using this establishment again. Thank you once again Julie.

Served by Meesh today in the 25 minutes waiting time I had between train journeys. I saw Meesh expertly get through the long queue of people ahead of me promptly, but whilst also giving each customer an individual, caring interaction. I didn't see any other staff but knew they were there as Meesh was relaying back details on the stock out front, such as what had run out and how little was left of another product, so it's clear the whole team there are good at what they do. Meesh kindly refilled my water bottle for me as well as making a lush flat white and prepping my baguette. Well done Upper Crust on your team!
Really great service. The lady who served me was friendly, polite and welcoming. Name tag says Meesh. I would say very good representation of your company and deserves to be applauded.
