friendly staff and very clean eating area.
Judging by some reviews it seems this KFC isn't highly rated however I visited Friday at about 8:00pm and ordered an 8 piece boneless box with a supercharger tower burger and I've got to say one of the best KFC meals I've had in a while. Everything came out piping hot literally fresh out of the fryer to the point it caught me & the misses out usually it's warm at best. Service was great as well, didn't catch his name but I overheard him mentioning maybe a marine qualification he was studying for and working part time. Shout out to the whole crew at Holbury, I'll be back hopefully!
Staff were brilliant. There was a 14 minute wait on the chicken, but the staff were so nice and apologetic that it didn't really matter. The food was fresh, hot and tasted great. Will be back.
I see that the reviews on this kfc are pretty negative. However, I was pretty impressed!
Ordered online for collection. Food Was ready when I walked in, young lad behind counter was polite, friendly and professional. Food was hot and good quality. The only negative I can say is that kfc doesn't taste as good as it used to. This isn't down to the cook, it's down to the nanny state telling us we can't have salt in anything...
Overall a good experience
It was a good place when it first opened but now it lacks of service what mean is you place your order on the machine then your like waiting 25 mins for your order then when they do your order it takes them like 10 min so the food that's is in the bag is getting cold
Freshly cooked chicken , plenty of condiments for free and very helpful, friendly staff.
Quick service, good staff and good food :) no issues at all
It's not a quick service but I understand that small places have smaller staff which deserve breaks etc. Like the rest of us. But in saying that, the food for me has never been poor and freshly cooked, hence the wait time.
I've never had a problem with staff, always friendly and helpful despite being busy. I think customers can be impatient and rude toward staff and I've worked in these industries so know what they're going through everyday.
All in all, it's a good place to grab a bite to eat with or without friends and family. I haven't given a five star because it's just everyday convinience food from KFC.
Had problems with the app not having all items on to order, so had to ask at counter after ordering items. Disappointed in the amount of rice in the pots, measurements vary so much, hardly anything in some.
