It's absolutely amazing and a great place to have l a bit of lunch after work/ long day. The food here is also super delicious, I'd definitely come here when I go out for a snack/ lunch!! 😋

Wonderfully decorated! Lovely plants and decor to feel extra cosy. Went for a Sunday morning coffee with a friend and we were warmly welcomed and had the sofa to ourselves. A good selection of goodies! Nice quiet atmosphere with some background music and a couple lit candles. They have outdoor seat

Great place to gather up and chill during busy day. Cosy, warm and pleasant coffee shop with large variety of cakes, biscuits, ice cream and desserts. Owner serves fantastic Belgian waffles with various toppings. Highly recommend to children and families.

an absolute gem of a place

We visit Victoria’s every Wednesday and have been made to feel very welcome. Very pleasant surroundings and extremely clean. The sandwiches and cakes are all freshly prepared and very reasonably priced. I would recommend a visit, definitely the best place in Shirley for a coffee. Annetta.

Victoria’s is a very friendly and welcoming place to enjoy a cup of coffee and cake. I have not experienced it being loud or unclean .

Really nice and cosy coffee shop. The kitchen was closed but we had really good tea and cake. We couldn't decide on the cake so the lady gave us an extra slice which was really nice of her.

Delicious coffee and cake! To be honest, I've been in Costa or Coffee No. 1. which was my favourite before I tried coffee in here. I always buy coffee there if I'm around. Lovely little coffee shop we popped in after work for a cuppa, the staff are really lovely and friendly, the cakes look lovely and the waffles look amazing!! Prices are reasonable too.
