Had a family gathering and had delicious food accompanied by some nice cocktails and wine. We had the seafood platter, sourdough and olives to start, did not disappoint. The scallops were superb! 100% recommend. Everyone had different mains but overall a great meal experience special compliments for the sirloin steak and the steak tagliatelle.

Came here for an after wedding meal. Very tasty food. Very pricey and theywere a bit stingy on the chips. But nice, welcoming staff and lovely looking restaurant, was completely empty also so felt like we had it booked out all for ourselves haha.

Me and my partner came without reservation on a Thursday evening. They accommodated us without an issue. The staff were absolutely great, and super attentive.
Very nice evening ambiance and the food was just perfect, nicely plated, flavourful and so so tasty. Worth every penny.
Couldn’t be faulted, we would be coming back and couldn’t recommend it more to others.

Me and my partner love coming here, the food is always amazing, good quality and reasonably priced (and the pork belly is to die for). The staff are always very professional, friendly, polite and very chatty. They are great with the children as well, my niece loves coming here with us
We have found this restaurant by coincidence as we couldn’t get a table in one of the other restaurants around. From beginning to end, it was a delightful experience: The service was immaculate - super friendly, always attentive, and very helpful. The food was extraordinary: I had many roasted seabasses in my life and this one is definitely in my top 10. The styling and decoration of the place is quite eccentric, but very curated. Strong recommendation, we are going to be back soon. 🤗
Went there for the Sunday roast and I loved it. The food was very tasty, the service was great and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This is the first time I visited, and I’ll definitely come again.
Had a table booked today for 6 plus a high chair. Most of us had the roast and all agreed how delicious it was! I will also add our boy has a milk & soya allergy and they made him a suitable meal from scratch. Having eaten a few roasts ‘out’ this one was definitely up there and reasonably priced. Service was good, made an effort with our little 2 year old which is always nice to see. Will definitely go back 👍🏻
I went for lunch and I really recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious and they serve a good portion. The roast dinner is delicious. And the staff is very friendly too.

The food is always perfect, I regularly come here and we’ve never had a bad dish.

Can't recommend this place highly enough. Welcoming owners and staff, fantastic location and excellent food!
I began with the crab on toast which was an excellent balance acid, salt and fat.
The chateaubriand for mains was a marvel. Served on a large platter, ready sliced, it made for a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. Served a perfect medium rare, the steak was well seasoned and the peppercorn provided a sharp complement. Paired with the mac and cheese, chunky chips, creamy mash and creamed spinach, this was a fantastic main and one I will be back to enjoy again.
For dessert, the creme brulee was everything it should be! Creamy, sweet, a lovely complement of textures, and the lemon thyme biscuit paired with it was perfect.
Truly beautiful atmosphere. The staff were polite and considerate. I went there with my boyfriend. I had their Lamb which I highly recommend medium rare and my boyfriend had their chicken. As a finisher we shared the creme brule which was extremely delicious, especially combined with the small biscuits.

Dined at The Olive Tree in Ocean Village early Saturday evening to celebrate my partners birthday and it was an absolutely fantastic experience.
So much choice on the menu, as I have a small appetite (prawns and ribs) I went for two starters and shared sides with Tom, who opted for 10oz sirloin with peppercorn sauce. Sides were scrumptious especially the mushrooms and sweet potato fries.
I did suggest that they could use tenderstem broccoli instead and they said next time we visit that will be changed on the menu. Portions are generous though next time I will ask for no salad garnish on Tom’s plate as he hates the stuff and I hate to see food wasted.
I left a bit of room for sorbet which was gorgeous and then Tom was surprised with a birthday cake which was such a lovely touch.
We entered as strangers but left as friends. Absolutely outstanding service and just the most attentive lovely staff. So impressed!
Also the decor is incredible, we sat under the canopy of the olive tree and the artwork is stunning and it inspired us that they were from an artist in Ukraine.
Just one of the nicest meals out, last year we went to The Jetty for Tom’s birthday which was good but this birthday meal at The Olive Tree was just great.

Food was cooked to perfection..
We started with short ribs and kingb prawns.
For mains we had a 10 ounce Fillet steak with chunky chips and a side of mack and cheese, a hake Fillet with pasta. And it couldn't of been better!
Cocktails of choice were strawberry and blackcurrant monitors and we're delicious and thirst quenching.

It's a really lovely place. Very attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful food and easily accommodated gluten and dairy intolerances. The rib-eye was beautifully cooked and the accompanying chips and roasted tomato salad were perfect. The bar has a great selection of cocktails, which bumped up the bill a bit, but they were worth it!
Beautiful place, staff were so friendly and attentive. The steak was cooked to perfection and really tasty side dishes. Have booked for a birthday celebration in a few weeks! Excited to go back.
