Nice cafe on Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff-on-Sea. Decor plain and slightly dark but clean and VERY comfortable chairs. Food was fresh, cooked to order and very tasty. I had mushrooms on toast with a strawberry and banana smoothie. Loads of mushrooms, toast not drowning in butter, and so fresh. The smoothie was natural and delicious. Thought price was fair too, £10.40 (09/23). Waitress very pleasant and attentive. They have a 'gym' menu for those that want protein, low fat etc which seems a good idea. No muscle men in when I went, but you never know! Accessibility ok, slight step up, I did not see a toilet so cafe will have to comment on that. Chairs would need to be pushed out a little but good space for buggies, wheelchairs and mobility aids. Def recommend, they do several home made options and there was a nice, friendly atmosphere when I visited. Street parking variable but there is council car park in Ceylon Road and you can walk through a short alley to access Hamlet Court Road. Car park uses Mobon App.

Went for breakfast here today for the first time, and I was totally blown away. Their food is absolutely fantastic! Service is incredible too! Another plus is that the menu is so adaptable for keto (as you can see in my pic). I mean, who even does avocado?! They also do a rump steak protein breakfast, and have vegetarian meal options. I was really impressed. The food quality is so good (no icky fillers or additives - 100% real food!) that I couldn't even finish my meal - and I really tried hard because it was so delicious. I definitely see myself becoming a regular customer!
