Baskin Robbins - Southend-on-Sea - Photo album

Nice ice cream parlour bit slow on service but great food also serves crepes and shakes downside floor and tables bit grubby and staff not over friendly like not enjoy job. Play area for kids keep younger ones quiet while waiting in line.
I got the Brownie Sundae... Best thing I've ever eaten, but also a little sickly... Seats are very comfy and the play area is great for kids to burn off all the energy after their meals... Nice place to sit in and have a break, little pricey but ultimately one of the best establishments on the seafr
Kind of predictable. Not in a bad way though. Bright, clean and friendly. Good place to take your toddler as the soft play at the back entertains them for enough time for you relax and have a coffee. However the kids will soon notice they serve ice-cream.
Love visiting here every time I go to Southend, the range of ice cremes and other sweet treats is spectacular. When I visit the staff are always friendly and are always happy to give out free samples to entice you to try new flavours. Well worth a visit.
Great, luxury ice cream along the sea front. There's a kids soft play area inside as well. This is particularly useful for parents with young kids to sit down and relax for a bit (the parents that is :) )
Casual American style ice cream chain serving a grand selection of ice creams, desserts, hot and cold drinks as well as hot food - when there in stock :/ Staff were sort of amiable and keen to require my needs but found that a lot of their ice creams were labelled incorrectly or not at all which se
Very helpful staff. I didn't have a clue what to get for the misses so said she likes the raspberry magnum, employee gave a spoon to try which the misses loved and found me the right flavours to get. Would definitely recommend
Sunday afternoon and kids are happy with ice cream and softplay! Whats not to like. Staff are friendly and it's clean and tidy. We will return.
Amazing flavours and an awesome person serving it. The 8 smalls scopes of ice cream is the best desert I had in Southend. 8 different flavours to chose from 30ish varieties.
Cute little place, great to take the kids with large booths. Nice, helpful staff and the kids love the little soft play area tucked out the back.
