Was thrilled to find this gem of a spot with an extensive GF menu! The atmosphere is so cute and the staff are amazing. Best GF scones I’ve ever had. Hoping to make another stop before we leave town.

Amazing Vegan food available, especially the desserts. My wife had a vegan cream tea. The selection of teas and coffees was good and they have a large menu. Just expect a wait as good is cooked fresh. It's not a place for a quick bite but a place to take your time and relax.

A fab little blast from a bygone age. Warm and friendly with a real retro feel. I had the Welsh Rarebit, it was divine. My partner had a breakfast omelette, which was very tasty and a huge portion that included fried potatoes and salad. Much recommended for a drop in when in Southport.

It’s like taking tea on a period drama film set. A great place for the whole family to enjoy a traditional tea with the little sandwiches, cakes and scones with clotted cream. A very British experience and recommend.

Nostalgic tea room with service by staff in black and white. lt is always very busy and it's not a very big space. They have a huge menu to suit all tastes and the food is very good. I had a salad platter which was set out beautifully on the plate and was really fresh. We'll be back, space permitting. We may book an afternoon tea which we saw being served very prettily on silver cake stands and with old fashioned tea pots and china cup and saucers.

A chance visit on a dreary day and what a delightful tearoom. One could imagine Celia Johnson and Trevor Howard sipping tea in a quiet corner. The staff were so attentive and so lovely to see them in their black and whites. We didn't book but there was a table free. Once seated and after perusing the extensive menu I opted for eggs benedict with home cured ham and a very decent amount of hollandaise sauce served on the side. The tea was so good I shall return tomorrow to buy some for home. All in all a very pleasant experience and look forward to sampling the afternoon tea which looked outstanding.

We stumbled across this lovely hidden gem today! We were lucky to get a table but so happy we did, the staff where so welcoming and the atmosphere was great. It was like taking a step back in time with the music and the decor. The modern had some great classics but modernist with vegan and gluten alternatives which is great for everyday people now. My mum loved the perfectly brewed special blend and the kitchen staff where so helpful and considerate of my allergy. We will definitely be visiting again for the afternoon tea or Sunday lunch as the food was just heavenly. I can't fault the value for money with the pricing aswell, it was a great price for our two lunches with drinks.

Wonderful Victorian tea rooms with a varied vegan menu. The food was fabulous and all plates were empty. The host/server was very knowledgeable and polite. My friends and I felt very relaxed and enjoyed the ambience. I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Southport.
