Absolutely gorgeous! Great and friendly staff. I had the small cod, chips, and gravy. The gravy was stunning thick and tasty. the cod was beautifully cooked and the chips were nice and soft. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a good chippy in southport.

The young lady serving recons they serve the best fish, she is so right, best fish and chip meal l have had in years, at a really good price.

Brilliant place , great staff very polite and friendly . They manage to provide excellent food and good portions in a clean well presented shop and keep that standard up even when they are busy all at an affordable competitive price ! Food was great how ever it was lacking in the salad department had only lettice and red onion no cucumber or tomato. Cheese burger was nice and chicken burger was also nice chips was freshly cooked. When tilling up staff forgot to put coffee on the bill so we told him about it and he let us off for the price of the coffee very friendly staff.

OMG best fish I have had in years. Absolutely the BEST ever gluten free batter in my life. Thin, not gluggy, perfect golden colour perfect thickness. Hubby tasted it and could not tell the difference. Also the portion size is to be reckoned with. Even the mushy peas were dark colour and obviously home made as well. WELLDONE GUYES.. Would love to adopt chef and take back to OZ

Lovely food, great service.
We visited today got 2 x special of the day which included tea or coffee. There was no additional charge to upgrade our drinks to cold drinks as it was a takeaway for us. Very filling fish was superb. All round 2 happy adults & 1 happy child! Nice to see. Traditional fish & chip shop!
