My visit a month or so ago was good and I had to queue a little longer than I expected but I got served eventually and used one of my free vouchers.
I had a tuna panini with mayonnaise and cheese and a big mug of cappuccino, my sister had a pot of tea along with my Mum too and she had a toasted ham and cheese sandwich 🥪 mum also had a crossiant with butter and jam. All was delicious and the atmosphere was good too. I then used the toilet which they had downstairs and it is good for disabled people too.

My ice coffee was spot on but the service was slow as there were only two staff on. Probably need to consider getting a least one or two more staff in.

Visited today for a bank holiday Costa treat. Friendly welcoming and efficient service. The teamwork and rapport between Emily, Robbie and David was fantastic to see and added to the warm, welcoming and upbeat atmosphere. True customer service with a smile. The whole experience was full of positivity and vibrance. Despite being busy the shop was clean and the staff still engaged with every customer in a professional manner. Well done Costa, your staff are a true asset and an outstanding representation of your company. 100% recommended.

Thursday 22 June 2023 went for a morning drink about 9am. Excellent service by Emily, who kindly opened the door for my husband, cleared our table & then bought out some water for our 2 dogs Dave & Duke. Thank you Emily you made a lovely start to our day. Excellent service 😊
