Blackstones Grille

Really sloooow kitchen messing the entire dining experience coupled with very incompetent staff delivering no service at all (more than 20 minutes to bring the drinks, which we had to ask for when the starter arrived, no explanation for delays, no apologies, no picking up the plates from the starter or bringing the steak knives ahead of the entrees arriving despite taking around 40 minutes for them to arrive.... We finished eating with a table full of empty plates and no one coming to pick them up or asking if we wanted the check). The kitchen might have had a bad day (it can happen), but the staff needs serious training and needs to do their job! Altogether we spent 2 hours having 1 starter to share and two entrees.

Have eaten here several times, the most recent being mid-May 2022. On the plus side the place has a great steakhouse ambiance, love the bar area, with a nice long bar. Service and servers have always been great, cordial, attentive. On the negative, I just cannot recommend their steaks, which for a steakhouse is not good. Got the Tomahawk Bone-In Rib eye, ordered medium rare for $110. It came out seared on one side and not just raw, but cold on the inside, barely browned on the other side. Had to send it back. It came back mostly well done with a few rare bits. No seasoning or flavor at all. Just bland. This was the third and last time to try the Tomahawk. Two earlier times were not much better. They slice and present it well, but just don't know how to cook a good steak.

What a delicious candlelit evening experience! We started with Crab Cakes & Bluepoint Oysters! The crab cakes were meaty with an added hint of chipotle sauce. The Bluepoints were crisp and refreshing. (I’m not usually a fan of Bluepoints but these were super fresh) For the entrees we indulged in the Seafood Linguine and Mediterranean Bronzino. The seafood linguini was packed with Lobster and Clams. While the Bronzino had the perfect savory flavor. Our hostess greeted us with great energy and the server was friendly. Blackstone is Perfect for a date night or business dinner if you want to impress clients.

Wow amazing, first we start with the great service the place was pack but we still receiving awesome service, the stakes came out to our liking, and every bit of food we got was so tasteful. If you want to have some really good stake and make it a fancy date night I recommend this place. Make sure to wear mask and make reservations. One more thing they're alcoholic beverages are awesome

Awful service from beginning to end. We ate on the terrace, it wasn't busy out there. We didn't get a drinks menu, so had to wait until we saw the server, The starters came before the cocktails, none of the starter plates were taken away before or after the entrees were eventually brought out. No one offered to refresh the water. We were pretty much abandoned. I wouldn't recommend.

The food is out of this world the staff is extremely kind and helpful. There's a fantastic atmosphere in the restaurant with nice artwork and sculptures. Very kind owner who is extremely personable and takes good care of his customers. Love the steaks and everything I've tried on the menu. I would recommend to anyone who loves good food and good service.
