I love Subway and buy it often....was disappointed with this particular Subway...the lady who made my order was not at all generous with the fillings....on a 6 inch sub she put 3 jalapenos, 3 very small gherkins, onion!!!...couldn't taste it as she put such a small amount ....very disappointing....I will not go this this Subway again....I will spend the petrol and ti.e and drive to another store

Rushing for work I stop in local subway and order 2 x Egg & Cheese 6-Inch Breakfast Sub. 1st with additional Chicken and 2nd with additional Turkey. No Salmat or sources. They charged me $20.20 for 1 x 6" Chickn Strips Sub 1 x 6" Turkey Sub 2 x Egg Add6in This is a rip-off,Supposed to be $13.90 When I complained about the charges they tell me that's how it is and the system is doing automatically. Nothing can be don!!! Because I was rushing I just pay and walk off. Very unsatisfied. Its definitely illegal to charge people for something that they didn't order and specially not to explain a coast of "Non standard items" !!!! And on the top of all egg is old and smelly soo breakfast go to bin.

My usual local subway! Food is always great! Only problem this time was the young guy working today at lunch was completely uninterested. Not looking at me when he was talking, barely made any eye contact and overall made me feel like I was an inconvenience being in the shop. My feedback would be to make eye contact and even some small talk when it’s quiet. Building rapport with your customers leaves an impression!! No name tag so I can’t leave a name.

Nicola and Andrew served my boyfriend and I today and it was the best customer service we have have ever received. They were the kind of genuine people that just make you walk out with a smile and really made our day, not to mention the perfect care which they made our food with, which as we were told by them was all due to 20 years experience working together! Just a really amazing all round experience!

Best subway in the gc!! Grabbed a quick on the go meal. Amazing service ordered the pizza sub $5 deal and had trouble deciding asked for recommendation and honestly this guy has taste. Spontaneous order turned into a mouthwatering masterpiece. Thank you (idk his name unfortunately) excellent service and quick!! Super happy customers
