One of the best Models of Accommodation & Support for Seniors we have ever seen. Mother in law, 90+ moved from Melbourne to the Henley a coupe of months ago to be closer to more family and has settled in really well into a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 20th floor Apartment with amazing views over the Broadwater and into Surfers. Apartments & Facilities are overall wonderful. Apartment Bathrooms & Kitchen could use an upgrade in the future for better accessibility & storage. All staff have been exceptional. Great Team - Thank you to Patrick, Sharon, Barbara, Gina & All the staff for the genuine care provided to mum & us! Highly Recommended to All that are lucky enough to get the opportunity to move into the Henley.

Elderly/retired persons residence located on the Gold Coast Highway in Southport, overlooking the Broadwater. My grandfather lives here and the atmosphere is perfect for him surrounded by other folks of similar age. Gives you the peace of mind and security that they are being looked after without sacrificing their independence. Has a cafe on the ground floor where they can have meals, or have meals delivered to their rooms.

Mum was 90 years old and located on the 3rd floor (full care 24/7) after 3 years of mishaps in semi independent living on the 13th floor, and yet with 3 staff in her room at the time she was able to fall and smash her shoulder to the point she never recovered. We cremated her shortly afterwards. I’m still distraught with the chain of events.. considering the price paid for care promised.......still don’t know what happened to her that day. Apparently one staff member was inconsolable. This was not what she expected or us. ☹️ Don’t know what to do next.
