Fish was lovely. I would have liked the chips to have been done a little longer. But I'm sure others would think them perfect.

Fantastic fish with tasty batter, generous portions. Always busy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Very tasty fish and chips. Had the small size but it was a nice thick piece of fish. Staff are friendly and whilst I was there they helped an elderly gentleman out as he was a regular but had forgotten his money to pay for the fish and chips. They put it on his tab, such a kind hearted gesture.
Fantastic fish and chip shop, biggest fish I've ever had in Southport cooked perfectly, if you're hungry and like cod I highly recommend this shop.
Very busy not to cheap but great food
Quick service, lovely hot and fresh chips. £2.50 for a regular portion which is a little pricey but not surprising considering the location. Parking reasonable too and straight back onto Preston New Road for ease of continuing journey.

Great chips, fantastic fish, fast service even when it is busy in there. Helpful and friendly staff too. Let the frier know when you arrive if you want a fish and he'll put it in straight away so you're not waiting as long.

Good quality food . The only problem with this place is sometimes there is such a long wait. I wish they would prepare for busy times and cooked lots of fish. Today there was over 20 people waiting for their orders and more people coming in ordering fish. I know most chippies like to cook fish to or
5 of us got meals including fish and chips and pie and chips. We had been here before and it was top quality as per usual. Would highly recommend.
