My husband and I had dinner here about 3 weeks ago. The food was delicious 😋. If we would have discovered sooner we probably would have eaten here more than once. We had the chicken Biryani and seabass.
I heard excellent reviews about this restaurant last year but had forgotten about it until yesterday. Am so glad they managed to fit us in just turning up. Lovely decoration inside the restaurant with big photos of Nepal and the himalayas. I had never had Nepalese food before so was keen to see their version of curries compared to Indian. First of all the poppadoms tasted a little peppery which was a great flavour. The dips being mango chutney, onions and what may have been a spicy crushed pea one were nice. However the main courses were just outstanding the lamb I had was tender and the flavour of the dish was just mouthwatering. The mushroom rice was lovely and fluffy and even the chips were so mourish. No need to put salt or vinegar on them. Will definitely be back. Top drawer.

The only negative was the cleanliness of the toilets... which was such a shame as they were filthy

The restaurant can be located in the northern quarter of Lord street and is a lovely venue with very welcoming friendly staff.
The choice of food is great, there’s something for everyone.
I’ve previously had the Chilli Chicken and this most recent meal was Chicken Bhutuwa.
Had some nice starters also including the Chicken Jhhir and Sweet Nan bread amongst the best.
With a big range of chicken dishes, seafood, Biryani, Mixed Grills, lamb or vegetable dishes there will be sure for something to get your tastebuds flowing.
Highly recommended especially for spicy options! Plenty of gluten free options too.

So glad we came across this restaurant. Absolutely delicious Nepalese food and amazing service from staff. We got very personalized treat and service. I loved every dish they served and the way they composed and served them. I recommend every Nepalese who are looking for best Nepalese restaurant to go and visit there as well as enjoy the taste of Nepalese cuisine.

Lovely food and great service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. We had a lovely starter of samosas and chicken wings. The vegetarian food was exceptional and definitely worth trying.
