This is one of those "is it what it is" places; it is basic, its LOUD and don't except a decent wine but if your happy to have a song and a dance there is loud music (often live) and the people were welcoming 🎵🎸🍻🕺💃

Visited on a Sunday night open till early hours. Had a jam night with lots of different acts. Reasonable priced drinks. Staff helpful & friendly.

Great live music, if you go around 7ish it's quiet and empty enough to grab a few drinks before it gets too crowded. Which is the only negative, in my opinion. It gets incredibly packed very quickly. The guys they have come in for live music are usually very good and get you singing along quite easily

One of the liveliest bars in Southport. Starts to get lively about 10pm and is absolutely packed between midnight and 3pm. Often features live music as well as a DJ. Friendly and up for it crowd of mainly 20-35 year old but a place where you can be 60 and not feel that you stick out like a sore thumb. Reasonable prices for a late bar. Definitely worth a visit and only a few yards from the Chop House rock bar if you fancy a change part way through the night.
