Waiting times are usually a little late during peak but the size of the kitchen and the popularity of the place make this acceptable. The quality and consistency of the food means it is always worth the wait and the portions are generous.

Wonderful food, clean and spotless and lovely staff highly recommended. Some really unfair comments made by friends of the 'cod man' which truly doesn't reflect this brilliant establishment.

Whenever we work in Southport always have to treat ourselves and get something from this chippy. Always extremely fresh food, piping hot. The savoury cakes are amazing too.
