Not good all ways out of bacon . They never clean there door or the glass on the display. Not seeing how it's under new management and if so it's done very poorly

The manager here is courteous, quick and knowledgeable. You can tell she is a hard worker and she makes my sandwich better than any other location I’ve been to. Even if there seems to be a line, things move very fast. The service is great at lunch.

They did not honor the $5 foot sub promo! There was a Subway ad that stated if you buy more than 1 foot long, they are $5. That us why I went there. The server told me that this Subway wasn't participating in that promo. I will think twice about returning

One day I got a sandwich with the rotisserie chicken. I got it to go. When I got where I was going I opened it and I could smell that the chicken was rotten. It was nauseating. I took it back here and they had thrown out the batch they served me, but they refused to give me a coupon for a sandwich another day, or give me my money back. Everyone screws up from time to time, that is understandable. But if you are going to accidentally poison your customers and then not even give them their money back, that's just unacceptable.

Subway in Southwick is one of the good ones. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The franchisee and their managers have done an excellent job of consistent quality and service over the years. I will go out of my way to patronize this particular restaraunt.
