Tiptree Tea Room - Southwold - Photo album

Nice tea room - generous tea pot size - great service and tasty scone with jam & cream : sadly no dairy free cake option…but worth a visit on the high street
Good place that is obsessed with jam. The tearoom sells high-quality food and the toilets are easily accessible as they not only have a sign but it is downstairs. In addition, there is outdoor seating with umbrellas that covers the majority of the sky so it's nice during summer.
Came here for cream tea. As usual fantastic service and fine tasting scones with cream & jam. Sat outside which was a little disappointing. Decking is beginning to rot and crumble could be an issue with someone not steady on their feet. Bi-folding doors could do with a good clean especially where ta
Food was excellent. And atmosphere is lovely 😊
Delicious food ,friendly service Gary the seagull loved it as well ❤️😀
Tea Rooms on High Street, surprisingly large with tables extending to back of property Sandwiches, Toasties and Cakes available at lunchtime. Nice coffee and Hot Chocolate drinks Friendly and efficient service and reasonable prices. The shop at front sells jams, chutney, mayo, candles etc.
Superb Scone! Popped in for a refreshing cup of tea, after looong walk along the promenade to the harbour and back. It is a must that we always 'test' scone, cream and jam alongside our 'cuppas' wherever we go and have to say that the scones here were 12 out of 10..super delicious!
Very good indeed. Spacious, clean and welcoming. Popped in on a day visit to Southwold for coffee and cake with some friends. Attentive service, nice coffee and selection of home baked cakes. Can highly recommend.
Popped in for tea and a toasted teacake. Nice. They seemed short staffed, but service was still good and with a smile. From the outside its not obvious that there is a large cafe at the rear. Recommended.
On a hot September day ( or any day really) a great place for a drink and cake plus buying some chutney and jams at a reasonable price.
Nice little place , Only down side door at back was kept open as it cannot be opened in seating area at back and main room got cold , Food was good and service good , Someone smoking in rear was told to put it out but continued anyway.
After being given a gift voucher by a very dear friend as a treat I headed to this tearoom with my daughter. Sat outside which is a lovely little area. Ordered the afternoon tea for two. It arrived and looked absolutely lovely. The sandwiches, coffee and scones were delicious. The cakes however were
An excellent tea room well worth visiting. Good food, good set up together with friendly staff.
Oh my goodness, what an amazing find... Tea was out of this world, as was the jam and scones. Sat outside in the gorgeous sunshine and relaxed. The staff.... what can I say, they are superb, friendly, helpful. Tiptree jam and preserves are what the Queen uses, (well they have a royal warrant) sooo t
Visited for the first time yesterday with a friend. We had the afternoon tea which was very nice. Nice little cafe and it's also dog friendly 🐾.
A lovely little find in Southwold, and were more than happy to accommodate my two dogs. We had bacon and brie toasties, lovely with side salad and cake. Not overpriced, they were short staffed at the time but still got served very quickly, we were in no rush, so it didn't really matter. Would highly
