Myself and my husband stayed here for one night recently. It was a lovely stay. Staff were friendly and extremely welcoming. The room was gorgeous and absolutely spotless. We had breakfast which was really fresh and good value for money. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back again!

Popped in yesterday with friends and I have to say the food was beautiful. We had a very enjoyable day. The staff was so helpful, even the chef came out to ask if the food was nice. Definitely will be back. We should support out little country pubs so if you are.ever passing pop in. Dog friendly too. Thank you guys We will be back x

I have been looking for a small place to stay over and be comfortable when visiting family in Elland as I’m on my own and stayed here last night and I’ve found it ! . I will definitely be returning . We ate in the pub on Saturday and food was delicious, great atmosphere, lovely staff , Thank you Annie for being so welcoming

Fantastic country pub, good value, and outstanding staff. Chris who runs the restaurant is very talented. Try his food off the ‘chefs’ special board, and you won’t be disappointed. Steak and Stilton pie is a winner every time, but the fish courses are exceptional. Thanks again to the Rushcart Team for a lovely evening. Nige and Freya (pubs honorary Collie). See you soon x

Lovely Anniversary weekend away at The Rushcart!
The staff were so welcoming, cheerful and welcoming.
Our room was spacious and clean
The bed was amazingly comfortable
The evening meal and breakfast were absolutely delicious and so hot and tasty.
The chef brought us some flowers at our Sunday morning breakfast which was so lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to come again!

Stayed here for the 2nd time and it was just as good as the first. On arrival the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large and spacious with a lovely king size bed. The chef Chris was amazing with nothing to much trouble and is open to making things that are not on the menu. Breakfast again the quality of the ingredients was top rate. Would recommend to everyone and we will be back again.

We made a detour here for food on our return to Manchester, from Haworth. Great food, great service and great value for money. We all had pie of the day and pudding, absolutely spot on - pub grub, done well and proper home made chips. I wouldn’t hesitate in going back.

Called here, to the recently refurbished Inn on a cool, damp Friday afternoon. The pub has a very nice,friendly ambience and the fire was very welcome! Had a couple of drinks and then were tempted by the attractive menu. I had the very tasty Hummus flatbread and my husband enjoyed
the Korean pork balls. The whole place is very tastefully done with lots of covered outdoor seating as well. We'll certainly be back when we're doing one of the lovely local walks or just want cheering up on a dull afternoon.
