Good food, prompt & friendly service without being over-familiar. Very lively at weekends in the evening - which is a bit too lively if you're over 50 and don't like eating in a noisy environment.

We visited Katana Spalding again last night, this our favorite restaurant of all time and is a very special treat for us.
On special occasions we always book the teppanyaki tables, the experience is just out of this world!
The food is absolutely outstanding, the cocktails are amazing and the friendliness of the staff there is just perfect!
We can't wait to visit Katana Spalding again in the near future.

Last night was our 3rd time visiting Katana and this time we bought friends with us. As always the service was amazing (thankyou Sam). The chef was fabulous and highly entertaining for children and adults and the food was out of this world. Oh and the cocktails were in a league of their own. It really is an amazing place to eat with a brilliant atmosphere, fabulous food and tasty cocktails. The staff care about their customers and this is reflected in their service. Thankyou Katana for another amazing night.

Wow! What an experience we had this evening! The Teppanyaki table was amazing! To have your food cooked in front of you like that was so entertaining. The food tasted amazing!
On top of that, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. They went the extra mile for us in all they did.
Try the cocktails! Delicious!

Second time dining at Katana and the experience was even much better than the first (which was great by the way)… really pleasant service all through. Particularly loved the service of “Nive”who attended to us through our time in the restaurant. And the meals were lovely.

Everyone was lovely, and the food was really tasty and good value for money. Our server was kind, very knowledgeable and accommodating. We had to unexpectedly leave before I could have the desert which was part of the set meal but he picked me a desert that I could take with me so I didn't miss out. Thank you!
