What a night in Bull Inn!!!!
It was my 1st time and atmosphere was fantastic buzzing.
I must admit.
Its best pub I've been since I moved to Spalding.
Can't wait to try their food on Sunday roast 😋
Great Little Pub. Friendly staff. Clean. Cosy and Superb Food. Has a car park and outside seating area.
My friend and I were looking for a pub to sit and have a good catch up. It seemed like the Fens go into hiding on a Monday, because we checked 4 pubs before coming across the Bull in Pinchbeck.
It has recently reopened under new licensees but we are both new to the area and were willing to give it a go.
From when we walked in, everyone was so friendly. We weren't made to feel unwelcome or like "outsiders" by either the landlord and landlady, or the other patrons.
The story of how Emily has taken on the pub, having worked there before Covid, having seen its potential to become the village centre again after being wrecked by kids, was heartwarming. We can't wait to see how they take it from strength to strength.
We will be back soon. Well done The Bull and see you soon.
Very nice both food and drink, apparently its under new management I'm told... Well they've done well we all enjoyed our visit 😁
Just had the sharing platter and a ham salad with my husband. Both were generous portions and great value. Good pint of Guinness too. The air con was most welcome in the hot weather. Staff good. My only suggestions would be providing a spare dish to put the chicken bones onto and offering garlic mayo. Thanks.
I had a meal at The Bull Inn last night as part of a group of around 45 (upstairs).
The meal was first class.
The plates were hot, the veggies were cooked to perfection and piping hot, the meat delicious and also piping hot.
The waiting staff were polite, friendly and nothing was a problem to them.
The whole evening was great, well done to all the staff for providing a very very pleasurable experience.
I would not hesitate in recommending this place to have a nice hot fresh tasty meal, be it for one, two or as part of a large group.
Keep up the good work!
Came across The Bull at lunchtime when hungry. Pleasantly surprised how friendly the locals were some places can be very unfriendly. We had 2 gammon, egg & chips for £12. Absolute bargain. Food excellent quality and superbly cooked. Loved the chips. Staff brilliant. If in the area again will definitely call in. Thank You for a wonderful lunch
We popped in here recently on a random Sunday lunchtime, not knowing what we'd find inside, we had read some other reviews online, and having recently moved to the area, we had no idea what local pubs were the best. We were greeted by a warm and traditional atmosphere, welcoming staff and prompt service, in a traditional pub setting with a log burner fire providing just the right amount of heat! They offer a fantastic freshly cooked Carvery, with up to 5 meats, a great range of fresh and tasty veg, with some incredible gravy which had clearly been made with genuine meat juices. You could have as much veg as you wanted, without a doubt it beat commercial rivals such as Toby Carvery! Be warned it is very popular, which is a good sign, so call ahead to book a table! We were fortunate enough to be accommodated in the bar area to eat by the very pleasant landlady. We will definitely be returning here, the welcome we received was genuine and heartfelt, the atmosphere was great, and they offer a good value menu in the week, with two for £12 meal options as well, definitely a top notch establishment run by lovely staff!
New owners have done it well with a decor change and made it a lot lighter. Food looks nice but I haven't eaten there. They now have thatchers gold on tap so I'm happy.. Nice to sit out on an evening.
A lovely local pub that serves many standard and locally sauced beers. The restaurant is also very quaint and server great portion sizes. They also have themed night's (Steak Saturday for a discounted steak) as well as many lovely bar snacks.
