Can't recommend this place enough. Every bit of food was as good as the next. Portions were quite big (so be warned haha) fresh food and staff were very attentive, can't fault any of it. I will 100% be back �

Fantastic food with delightful service. Had the whole baby boneless chicken (sorry veggie chums!) was so good I had to tell the management it was the best I'd ever had, and it really was. So tasty with a delicious rub and chargrilled. Out of this world. The salad had a fascia pink vegetable in and on enquiry turned out to be pickled turnip! Who knew turnips could taste and look like that?! Just wish I'd worn my matching pink jacket!
Gill had the same and also said it was absolutely delish. Leanne had the braised lamb something - also very tasty. All served with heaps of lovely fresh salad and fragrant rice.
Am I going on and on? Sorry but I just can't say enough good things about this wonderful place. And our bill only came to £31 between three!
Oh and did I say how good the service was and how nice and friendly the guy who served us was? May have mentioned it. And the lovely airy place open to the pavement, oh Leanne's said that already.
Almost don't want to stop gushing about how fab it all was.

I eat out alot and this place is a complete gem the food is second to none I would go as far to say the best place to eat in St.albans if you like Mediterranean food look no further you won't regret it!!!!!
I really love this place. The food is yummy, the cocktails are so good you don’t miss the alcohol, the ambiance is great and the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. The prices are very reasonable and there’s free street parking. If you haven’t been yet, go soon.

After an unexpected hiccup with our booking... The Oasis went above and beyond to rectify things and provided a wonderful meal for my family who were celebrating two very special birthdays.
We can't thank you enough for your kindness and generosity, it was truly appreciated.

Went to Oasis with my family (11 of us) for my wifes Birthday, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent in quality and quantity and great value for money, we will be going back again!
We eat out every Sunday could be pub or restaurant. My daughter came with us on Sunday and we couldn't decide where to go. I've been meaning to come to Oasis for ages. She mentioned Oasis, we agreed and we booked a table. The food was amazing love Med food probably now my favourite cuisine. We will definitely be visiting you again. �

What a fantastic discovery the Oasis is! Went there with my husband to celebrate his birthday, on the recommendation of a friend. The food is excellent, beautifully presented, and the staff were very attentive. We even got a little "birthday cake" with candle and a rendition of Happy Birthday, which made the evening complete. We will be back!

This place was 45 min ride for us. Service was friendly and warm. Food was as expected from a Moroccan restaurant. Not enough bread provided with the cold mix starters. Music was a bit too loud for my taste. Found it hard to hear people's conversations. Table space was a bit small for the dishes. Found a mosque right next door to pray maghrib.
The food here is wonderful particularly the grills- would recommend trying out. I have been a few times and the service is on the slower side (so don't go in a rush) but the food is worth it!

Been here a few times for various reasons and hasn't disappointed. Many would turn away at the fact they don't serve alcoholic beverages but don't let that put you off. The Oasis more than makes up for this in the quality and presentation of the food.
The menu has an excellent mix of Middle Eastern fare from hummus to tagines. For many of my visits, we have opted to get the Oasis Special Mixed Grill (see the image) which if you're a meat eater is the perfect remedy. It comes with a great selection of Lamb and Chicken cooked in various ways served beautifully on a platter with salad and your choice of chips and rice. The meat is well seasoned and the chips crisp and delicious, a true delight! In terms of smaller plates, the selection of cold starters which are some dips (hummus, labneh and babba ganoush) served with freshly baked pitta bread is the perfect way to whet ones appetite. Everything here is so moreish. One time we tried the walnut stuffed pickled aubergines which were out of this world and highly recommend. Summarising, the food is great and they have many unique dishes you may not find in your usual Mediterranean/middle eastern restaurant. They also have a fully sized wood fired pizza oven which can make exceptional pizzas and middle eastern flat bread dishes.
The service here is what you'd expect, you feel looked after and the food arrives in good time. You don't need to lift much of a finger here. It is also worth noting that this place has a wonderfully delightful interior with a large water feature in the centre of it all. Feels like you're in a Moroccan coffee house! It is worth noting that this place does an excellent job of blending A La Carte dining with 'small plates' sharing style dining. You can do both! So if you're in the mood to share, get the mixed grill and dips, if you're not, get a Tagine or one of the main meal dishes.

I had a very good dining experience with THE OASIS. Its truly Mediterranean and middle east type of restaurant. Dishes which I have ordered were really delicious and made in authentic middle east style. Prices of dishes were reasonable and not too expensive. Ambience reflects middle east style. One should try this restaurant once for sure.
The food at Oasis is absolutely fantastic! The top-notch service and reasonable prices make it a standout choice. The ambiance and atmosphere on the high street are truly enjoyable. It's a place I love going back to, where I can indulge in delicious food while experiencing the best environment. Highly recommended!
This was a takeaway made up of their family mixed grill and oasis special to feed 6. We ordered tge day before for a specific collection - perfect. Awesome food and introduced a few people to this delight. All gone by the evening

Had a nice experience at Oasis St Albans. Food fresh, tasty and affordable. Sells no alcohol but has a few mocktails to choose from. Will definitely go back.
Absolutely delicious and authentic food, freshly made and served as generous portions. Great service with friendly staff and a nice ambient setting with nice decor. Would highly recommend.
Food is absolutely delicious; a solid 5/5. Service is a bit haphazard because the waiters are clearly very inexperienced, e.g if you ask for say a fork, a coke, and a menu it’s take 10 minutes because three separate trips would be made rather than just one with all three items :-)
Ordered a chicken shawarma with a orange juice food was nice and the staff was friendly as well. The food came at the right temperature and the way they make there fries is very well cooked which is nice.
Delicious Moroccan and Lebanese fusion food. Everything was delicious in particular the Moroccan Sausage starter and Lamb Tangine main. Small and cosy place, beautiful decor and ambience and the waitress was highly attentive. highly recommend.
Cannot mistake their food ever. Consistently cooked very well and the prices show that the owners of the place care about the community and want to thrive here. And I'm sure that's why they are thriving ... Because there not mugging everyone off Iike 80% of other business in this rich City. Hats off to you Oasis 🤠
Really good place! Good prices and even better portions. Their home made bread, lebanese pizza and chicken shawarma were amazing.
