The best cheese and wine shop in St Albans. We have been here many times, and it never disappoints. We always choose the mix board with cheese and meat. Nevertheless, I could see with the time that the portions are starting to get smaller than they used to be before. There is a nice variety of cheeses. Customer service is really friendly and quick. I really recommend this place.
My must stop when I’m in St Albans. This is a lovely relaxed wine bar with friendly, knowledgable and attentive staff. It’s down to earth with a mix of wines beers and ciders. The wine list is always fun with a nice mix so you can really compare varietals if you’re learning to taste. The food is excellent and I almost always order a scotch egg or pork pie with home made piccalilli.
Been a few times now and love it. Robust cheese and wine selection to choose from. Also do beers and ciders. Lovely atmosphere and staff. Would definitely recommend for a post dinner cheeseboard
