Best quality food of any cafe in St Albans. Owner goes out of her way to source locally and high quality ingredients and cooks most of the food and bakes most of the delicious cakes herself. Staff polite and helpful. Many veggie and 'free from' options.

Haven't been back to St.Albams in a while so I was pleased to find this place still going and the food still excellent. This is one of St.Alban's best kept secrets. Seek out this locals cafe and enjoy a super breakfast, or light lunch.

A great place to go for a quiet coffee or a bite to eat. Friendly staff and a good selection of food. Quality food means the prices are a little higher than I anticipated 0and portion sizes are lower than expected (two rashers of standard size /thickness bacon in a bacon buttie seemed a little sparse) but it is nice to go to an independent operator in a place which feels calm and relaxed

Really nice local place, with a lovely and varied range of brunch and cakes. Ideal for quiet catch-up with friends, or with young family.
