All products are very tasty and reasonable price. I tasted lamb shish, burger and chicken roll. They make the lamb shish without skewering. And the downy came from Ireland. He also got a gold medal for his burger. Careful and loving work yields good results. I highly reccomend.
This is clearly more of an institution in the town than your standard takeaway, testified by the countless customer photos across all the walls! Had their ‘famous’ chicken wrap which was a fried chicken piece ripped into shreds with lettuce and sauce, wrapped in a nan. I was expecting a bit more if I’m being honest, especially at £7. The taste was good, if lacking a little salt but overall I was mainly grateful that they were open so late!
Never been before. Theres not many late night places in St Albans but now and again I find myself coming back from work late for whatever reason. The cash machine outside was broken and the guy who served me went out of his way to accommodate me by allowing me to pay over app where I would have been
I’ve been coming here for over 18 years. Always reliable. Service has definitely improved especially with the new owners taking over in the recent years. I would like to see them do a gluten free version for f fried chicken as my missus can only eat chips there

They are not the best in St Albans but all of Hertfordshire… I am a regular customer of this great people and tried nearly all of their foods. Absolutely delicious… I strongly recommend families and friends to come and try their chicken. You will love it…

I love this place, been local in st a my whole life and one of the only places to get decent food at nighr. Beyond that, the staff are incredible and the food is fab, defo come here!!!
We were in H&H as a group of 7 people. The service was very good and the foods were delicious. Next time I'll be there for a dinner with my family again.

Fact,, the best Chicken and Kebab shop in St Albans by a mile, 10/10. Extremely friendly staff and incredibly organised considering it is alway packed out after a late night out..I would highly recommend the Lamb and Chicken Shish Kababs.
