Love the Goat meat hot pot, the accompanying veggie and noodles. The grilled squid in XO sauce recommended by the staff was alright. We also had the three coloured dessert. The staff was busy and forgot one of the dish we ordered. But it was for the better because we were pretty full for four people.

Use to love coming here for bun bo hue growing up but started to notice how rude staff are especially the lady who seems to be the owner? Never heard a ‘thank you’ from her let alone seen a smile on her face. Would give the place 0 stars if I could. A few days ago she had taken our order of 2x bbh, eventually other customers were coming in and ordering. The wait was quite long however we didn’t mind until we noticed everyone who came in after had received their foods before us. The staff didn’t seem to care or try to attend to us, they made us seem like we were the problem. Probably never going to come back here. Besides the rude service, the tables and chairs always seem to be sticky, as well as the cutlery (seems like they don’t get washed properly) Save yourself some time and don’t bother coming here to eat, there are other better restaurants in saint albans.

One of the best pho I tasted in Melbourne. The broth have deep flavours and tasty. The portion also very generous. The dry noodles are a little disappointing compared to the pho. Noodles are too chewy (undercooked) and they messed up our order but didn't admit it. Food - 8 Service - 6 Vibe - 7 Price - $$

It was a mistake to bring my family here for dinner! And it's mainly to do with very rude staff, especially the manager who decided to take our order while keeping his eyes fixed on the TV. The food took its time to arrive and we had to follow up with a server on our order, who then went to the back corner of the room to fix some chairs before going back to the other side of the room to enter the kitchen. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't anything special and would consider it below average. While we were eating, another staff member decided it was OK to reach over our table (and food) to grab the tray so that she could refill the sauce bottles... and then reach over us again to put it back. When we paid, the cashier lady didn't even look up, or smile, or reply when I said "Thank you". Who would want to be treated this rudely when going out for dinner with your family! We're NEVER coming back to this place.

Used to be a big fan of this place, but seems their service getting worse since the lockdown eased We had the breakfast this morning aroudn 11am and the food was okay.But the worse thing is the manager lady(not the owner as she always stay at the counter and very nice). The lady just so rude to our baby as she asked us to get rid of the pram as she belive it blocks her movement. And the plave dont even have the high chair for baby (my boy is 11months). I have asked her why did she treat us like that but she just walk away Also the door always open and lot of smokes from the outside flow inside To be honest, as the Vietnamese I always support our community restaurant but this kind of service should be aware by people especially parents with kids. Somehow I saw the review from other people 2 months ago had the same issue happened to their kid as well. Please change your service and attitude or people will change their place for dining
