Such a bad experience. Last time, I booked this Phat Nam restaurant for my wedding, which would have been my most meaningful and memorable date but it turned out so disappointed. Before the wedding, my husband and me decided to book in this restaurant because they did promise that it will only my wedding be happening on that day (if there are some customers come to dine in, we are happy to let them come as well). Unfortunately, on that special day, my husband and some relatives came first and they were all shocked that the owner told us that there will be another wedding that happening at the same time with ours. I was literally disappointed, why this was happening to us even though my husband and me came back to that restaurant many times after the booking to check if everything is fine.. However, they didn't tell or at least ask us if we will be okay with another wedding happening in the same HALL. Especially, there is a short-hair waitress girl, who was booking for us in a happy and welcoming way then serving us very rude on that wedding day. Everything was too complicated, and we have to run here and there to ask if our family and guests are comfortable (obviously not). And the food was so tasteless that no one was eating properly. Thinking about if there own children getting married and the restaurant did like that, how would they feel! when they cannot do anything but just let it happen disappointedly.

Food here can be great sometimes and can be bad sometimes. I think the owner keeps changing to new chefs therefore the flavors are always different but overall it's good to me. It's a restaurant but you can hire a private room for private function for your own. Overall, the place is decent but need a bit of upgrade.
