Stumbled upon this place by accident while traveling through St Austell.
Their menu all sounds great but we decided on the triple cheese toasties with a side of onion rings. Glad we did. Absolutely delicious!

Lovely hidden away gem. Great atmosphere and the food and drinks were spectacular. Delicious and generous portions. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful decor.
Wandered in early morning looking for coffee & breakfast. Great find. Breakfast was fantastic, good portions, service lovely. It has a relaxed feeling, but all details are attended to - decor good, atmosphere warm, music easy, toilets clean! Would recommend to anyone as a good spot to eat, drink and enjoy spending some time in.
Really friendly, relaxed and chilled out place, staff and service - definitely worth looking up if in St Austell - we'll be back for brekkie again soon 😊
I rarely rate with 5 stars but Moustache Jacks is nothing short of an excellent venue. Our breakfast sandwiches were delicious, fresh bread and quality sausages and bacon all from local town providers. No cheap catering suppliers here. The prices are very reasonable. The interior is an interesting steam punk style and the young lad serving us was swift, polite and pleasant. Dogs are welcome too. We would hope to revisit if in the area again and recommend to others.
Now that is a TASTY BURGER. Probably one of the best I’ve had in about 627days. Would recommend to everyone!
Found this place very last minute to catch some food on the first day of our holiday. Was very pleasantly surprised about how incredibly tasty the food was. I got nachos with freshly made salsa, and for someone who does not eat tomatoes, shocked myself at eating the whole dish. So well made. My parter got the homemade Burger which he also found delicious, wish we could have come back for more meals. Would 100% recommend! Lovely atmosphere, great drinks and dishes, and lovely service!!!
Stumbled across this place by accident - glad we did! Cool venue, clean, interesting steampunk type decor. Food was EXCELLENT and so reasonably priced. Great portion sizes too. The young lad serving was very accommodating. Bloke at the end of the bar (assuming owner) didn't smile - and he should - he's created a fabulous eatery! We will be life long customers to this venue. Golden nugget and a little gem all in one!

What a delightful place and dog friendly with it on the wooden floored part!
Despite living in Cornwall for 27 years and in the St Austell area for a third of those we'd never been in - what a treat we were missing all this time.
We ate off the Brunch menu and my partner opted for the scrambled eggs on toast with bacon and she declared it brilliant - confess I had to help her finish it the portion was that generous and I agree with her verdict. Didn't know scrambled eggs could taste that good.
For my part I went for the Eggs Royale which is a breakfast muffin split and covered with smoked salmon, a poached egg on each half and hollandaise sauce - very simple and absolutely wonderful.
We had a pot of tea for one and a decaff latte and they were equally excellent - the coffee especially being very high quality.
As well as being wonderful it was also very reasonably priced - we could have gone to Subway and sat in the car (it's Cornwall and summer so it was raining) and it would have cost us slightly more!
Lastly the service was excellent despite it being fairly busy.
It might have taken a long time to find the place but we will certainly be back
Honestly the best food I’d ever tasted. If I was on death row this would be in top contention for my last meal. the tuna melt??? DELECTABLE and the milkshakes were so so so incredible. To top it off whoever was on the music played some absolute nostalgia hitting bangers. The colour scheme of the inside was >>>> We’d been trekking the coastal path for 4 days and this was our final stop- can’t actually describe in words how lovely it was for this to be our final pit stop.
also want to mention that the window cleaner across the road was utter entertainment (mans was obviously getting paid per hour ) I didn’t know it was possible to make a 5 minute job into a 2 hour long one but he made it possible 🤷♀️

Great food, bit of a wait but it was busy. Struggled to eat just a bacon sarnie, it was that loaded with 'bacon'

Had a wonderful evening tonight! When greated with amazing customer service from the start and then delighted to see they cater for vegans and gluten free people. All ordering burgers and chips which once tucking into wad not disappointed when they were yummy. Would definitely recommend
